Jasmine Supported Living service is for adults, aged 18–65 years old who are living with mental health conditions. We believe all people can reach their full potential and live a happy and rewarding lives, irrespective of their disability, mental health, socio economic background or physical environments.
Our values demonstrate our determination to be the best at what we do and provide the best service to the individuals we work with, along with their families, commissioners and stakeholders.

Our aims
Jasmine Supported Living aims to create a market which thrives on excellence and provides good quality services where people can achieve better outcomes, safely and independently in their communities. We believe that Jasmine Supported Living is prepared and able to provide a much-needed resource and support to both our local community and the NHS.
- To offer individuals practical support and personal care that will enable them to remain safe and secure.
- To provide the highest possible quality of care and support to the individual who because of a learning disability, mental illness or physical disability require support to live independently.
- To build a package of support and/or care that is genuinely centred on the individual’s needs and aspirations.
- We believe that all people are able to grow. We believe in ability, capability and capacity. We actively encourage and support people to develop to their full potential.
- To ensure that our service responds to the needs as described in the individuals Person Centred Plan and/or Plan of Care / Support.
- To ensure that the support offered to the individual has a focus on the individual acquiring the skills, experiences and confidence to live a more independent lifestyle.
